Refund policy

We hope that you’re happy with your order, however in the unlikely event we are happy to accept returns up to 7 days after receiving your toys, provided they are in original condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@playeasy.ie for details on where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Delivery costs are not included in your refund and you’re responsible for the goods until we receive them.  It is recommended you use a postal service with tracking and insurance for this reason. 

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please include images of the fault in your email. Please contact us by email with details of your return for approval at hello@playeasy.ie

Once a return has been approved, please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
